- The alloy screw adopts a special mixing function and a high plasticizing capacity design with an imported static mixture to ensure good plasticization, uniform color and greatly increased extrusion capacity
- The material of the die head is imported special die steel, which is processed by high-precision processing technology to ensure that the die head will not be deformed in long-term use, and the output will be smoother, highor and stable.
- The inside of the cooling steel roll adopts a two-way circuit design with a built in spiral flow channel to ensure the uniform temperature of the roll surface.
- The winding table device can move forwards and reverse. It adopts advanced torque motor and four-axis automatic tension control force to adjust the speed and film width at will.

This system can guarantee the stability of melt film edge, though the raw material and thickness of product are changed frequently.
